It may be a slow holiday week…but…In addition to this week’s regular blogs, I just may have a coup in the works: details and photos of an absolutely shocking new dish being considered by Rene Redzepi, chef/owner of Noma in Copenhagen (often proclaimed the world’s greatest restaurant).
