Well, it took me half a lifetime to get here…But I sincerely want to thank you for joining me!
I am setting sail into the sea of blogs…at top speed…putting out there the most comprehensive one-man food-and-wine blog that I can imagine.
To tell the truth, it ain’t so hard to do…because I am one lucky muncher…AND I like to share. I wander the Elysian fields (of food and wine) every week of my life…..and have been doing so for a long time. Today’s fruits are sweet…and so are the memories of yesterday’s. I’m ready to log it all, to the pleasant blink of your eyeballs, and put it all in perspective. Mi vida es su vida, if ya know what I mean.
So whether you prefer the tang of a chèvre made this week, or the complexity of a farmhouse Cheddar made years ago….
Whether you prefer mirthfully fruity Beaujolais from the current vintage, or Grand Cru Burgundy made before we Yanks landed on the moon….
