I‘m heading out!
My summer concludes with a dazzling European jaunt: northern Portugal, then the island of Pantelleria, just off the coast of Sicily. There will be Port, seafood and capers galore! I hope to tell you all about it soon, and I hope from the source (should I work out my internet capabilities in remote places)!
But I am leaving this week to get a head start. Donc: no posts until Monday, Sept. 3. Then, I will inform you of all the in situ fun you can expect in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, please look over any posts on my web site (going back to May, 2012) that you may have missed. Hint on a fave: the hotel in Reims that I covered in June!
A little sticky weather left here in the States (undoubtedly what I’ll encounter in Europe, too): please stay comfortable!
