With a similarly impoverished mind, a few years back I relentlessly tracked all Greek dairy products available in the U.S., finding a great deal to love. My hands-down first choice for dinner party desserts: a sumptuous fruit salad, laced with Grand Marnier, that makes people swoon. I prepare it year-round, always using the fruits of the season…but there ain’t no time like the present! Why would you make anything else in late summer?
